Poultry: foods such as turkey and chicken are high in tryptophan. Adding these two proteins for dinner will help promote sleep.
Diary: foods such as eggs, milk and cottage cheese are also high in tryptophan. No wonder a glass of milk was advise to us when we were little.
Almonds: this nut is high in tryptophan. Adding sliced almonds to your salad at dinner or even have a glass of almond milk (slightly lower in content) will promote sleep.
