MEET YOUR TEACHER
Nicolay teaches comprehensive movement for prenatal, postpartum and beyond to strengthen the body and mind. She is not only a certified in yoga and pilates but she is a mama of 4 kids. During each of her pregnancies and postpartum seasons she incorporated movement to reclaim her body, mind and spirit. Nicolay utilizes not only her training but her experience from each season of mamahood into each of her classes/sessions - nourishing all layers of self - mind, body + spirit.
