As a Mama of 4 young kids + Health Coach supporting Mamas + Aspiring Mamas to feel energized, strong and confident in their bodies naturally, the biggest practice I share is PRIORITIZING YOURSELF. 

Mamas have the tendency to put others first and themselves last. BUT based on experience and seeing from my clients I know that to truly be the BEST Mama, you must prioritize yourself FIRST. 

WHY? 

A nourished Mama is a more resourced, more present and more grounded Mama.
