3 Must for Moms to Survive the Holidays with Grace and Joy

Nov 21, 2023

I can't believe the holiday season is here 🎄

As soon as Halloween ends, the holidays seem to blow 💨 through so quickly.

AND my holiday to do lists 📝 grows while my nervous system begins to rock + shake 🫨

Do you also feel the same?

I got you! Sharing my favorite practices to get you GROUNDED + CALM even amongst the most stressful days...

GO OUTSIDE - Getting fresh air + sunlight is a natural way to stimulate your parasympathetic system + ground you quickly. I love taking deep breaths + closing my eyes to turn on my senses and experience all the different elements around me.

✨This will focus your mind on other things, turn on all your senses + stimulate serotonin (boosting your mood)

BRING YOUR BODY TO THE GROUND/FLOOR- Literally bring your body to the ground. You can sit or lay down on the floor, grass, soil or carpet.

✨Promotes calm and reassurance as the body connects to a supportive foundation.

MEDITATION - Can be guided or not. Closing your eyes and focusing your mind on your breath or the words of the guide will bring your body/mind back to the present moment.

✨Meditation is a beneficial tool for managing + reducing stress.

PLAY YOUR FAVORITE SONG - Jamming out to your favorite song is a great tool to boost your mood.

Music carries different frequencies that shift your energy + mood.

Try these practices throughout the holiday season to help GROUND + CALM you. Feel the shifts within you as you integrate these simple BUT powerful practices!
