Mama Yoga 

In this 45 minute nurturing class, the main focus is to create a safe and supportive space where mamas can connect with their bodies, strengthen their physical and mental resilience, and cultivate a sense of groundedness and peace amidst the whirlwind of pregnancy, childbirth, and early motherhood.

During our practice, we'll explore...

  • gentle movements
  • restorative poses
  • mindful breathing techniques

Whether you're seeking relief from pregnancy discomforts, recovering from childbirth, or simply looking for a moment of peace and self-care, this class offers a sanctuary for you to replenish and recharge.

 

Mama + Me Yoga

In this 45 minute heartwarming class, the main focus is to create a kid-friendly space (babies to toddlers, up to 3 years old) where mamas can nourish their bodies, minds, and spirits while introducing their precious little ones to the wonders of yoga. 

Whether you're looking to strengthen your body, find moments of calm amidst the busyness of parenthood, or simply connect with like-minded mamas, this class is for you!

Together, we'll embark on a playful yoga practice that's suitable for all levels...

  • soothing stretches
  • energizing movements variety of poses designed to strengthen the body and soothe the soul.
  • little ones are invited to join in the fun, fostering a sense of connection, joy, and co-regulation between mama and child.

Each session ends with a Reiki to charge and clear energetic body.

Available to travel to your home. A required additional trip charge of $25 (max 30 miles from Scottsdale, AZ).

MEET YOUR YOGA TEACHER

Nicolay teaches comprehensive prenatal and postpartum yoga to strengthen the body and mind. She is not only a certified yoga  teacher but she is a mama of 4 kids. During each of her pregnancies and postpartum seasons she incorporated yoga to reclaim her body, mind and spirit. Nicolay utilizes not only her training but her experience from each season of mamahood into each of her classes/sessions - nourishing all layers of self - mind, body + spirit.
